    The contractor shall provide all-inclusive management, supervision, labor, and equipment to perform comprehensive grease trap services for thirteen (13) facilities at Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The core requirement is the complete pumping, cleaning, and skimming of each grease trap. This includes removing all liquid and solid waste, scraping interior surfaces clean with high-pressure water, and scrubbing the surrounding service area with a biodegradable detergent. All collected waste materials must be transported and disposed of at an approved off-base site, in strict accordance with all applicable Federal (EPA), State, and local environmental laws. Discharging waste into any base or municipal sewage system is strictly prohibited. Services are to be performed on a routine schedule within the last five business days of the designated month. Additionally, the contractor must have the capability to respond to unscheduled, emergency service calls within four (4) hours of notification. PLEASE NOTE: PWS is subject to change. You will be notified if a change occurs.
