competition basis for repair of facilities at Grindavik Naval Radio Transmitter Facility (NRTF), Iceland. The
scope of work consist of the following:
- Install new automatic access gates
- Install two independent electrical heating units
- Remove and install septic tanks and install a leach field
- Replace roof
Competition will be limited to Icelandic and American companies only as required by the Agreement
between the United States of America and Iceland, Effected by Exchange of Notes at Reykjavik dated
October 13 and 17, 2017 with Attachments and Minutes.
The NAICS Code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $45 Million.
The completion time for this contract is approximately 365 days after notice to proceed.
