The U.S. Air Force 460th Contracting Squadron at Buckley SFB, CO is posting this Request for Quote (RFQ) to find potential vendors to provide a diagnostic ultrasound machine with specifications suitable for musculoskeletal and nerve imaging, and that meet the specifications of the attached Statement of work (SOW).
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The government requires a Diagnostic Ultrasound machine with the following spec:
-Portable, laptop- style or tablet-based design
- High resolution imaging capability (minimum 12-15MHz linear probe)
- B-mode, M-mode, Color Doppler and Power Doppler modes.
- MSK preset capabilities
- Needle enhancement or needle visualization software
- HIPPA complaint image saving and export capability.
- Probes types required:
- Linear probe (at least 12 - 18MHz)
- Curvilinear or phased array for deeper structures
- Minimum 1 year warranty on the ultrasound unit and transducers, including coverage for parts and labor.
DELIVERABLES:
The contractor shall deliver no more than 60 days after receipt of the order. Requirement shall be delivered to Buckley Space Force Base, CO 80011; delivery address will be provided upon award.
