    2. Offered Building entrances/exits cannot be located within 1000 walkable feet of certain locations, which include but are not limited to      a. A drug-free zone b. Schools

    3. Ten (10) onsite, reserved, secured parking spaces. a. Secured Structured Parking is defined as a partially or fully enclosed parking area that resides within a building or as a stand-alone parking structure. The garage must be access controlled and parking spaces must be marked “Reserved.” b. Secured Surface Parking: Secure outside surface parking may be considered. The parking must be able to be access-controlled and/or a fence may be required.

    4. Cannot be collocated with the following entities a. Agencies providing probation and/or parole services b. Agencies providing drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs c. Agencies providing social services d. Residential units

    5. Offered buildings/properties are subject to a risk/vulnerability assessment. The outcome of the assessment may result in the building not being considered. separate entrance. Another example, commercial entrance with public traffic.

    Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year”] floodplain)
