GUAM BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT (BOS) SERVICES, JOINT REGION MARIANAS (JRM)

This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.  No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests.  No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available.  In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made.

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC Pacific), Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a new contract for Guam Base Operations Support (BOS) services for Joint Region Marianas (JRM), United States Naval Base Guam, Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, and other DoD activities in Guam, within the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and outlying areas supported by these commands.  Guam, the largest and southernmost island of the Marianas archipelago, is the westernmost possession of the United States. 

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210.  The applicable size standard is $47 million. 

The proposed BOS contract may include the following requirements/Annexes:

0100000 General Information; 0200000 Management and Administration; 0600000 Port Operations; 1501000 Facility Management; 1502000 Facility Investment; 1601000 Utility Management; 1602000 Electrical; 1604000 Wastewater; 1605000 Steam; 1606000 Water; 1700000 Transportation.

Interested sources are invited to respond to the Statement of Interest Questionnaire by using the form provided under a separate file, titled "Statement of Interest Questionnaire."  No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests.  Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation.  However, NAVFAC Pacific will utilize the information for acquisition planning purposes.  All data received in response to this Source Sought Notice marked or designated, as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government.
