The contractor must base the training plan and the requirements of all tasks in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) on the USAF COM for each aircraft Mission Designation Series (MDS). Flight attendant training shall provide a thorough understanding and ability to perform all required flight attendant tasks when confronted with emergency conditions. The primary tasks that will be taught through this training are Egress Aircrew Flight Equipment (AFE), Fire Fighting Procedures/Training, Ditching Procedures/Training, Emergency Procedures, Aircraft Systems Training, Hazardous Materials Training, In-flight Illness Training, and Water Survival Training. This support is necessary to assist the Operational Support Airlift and Executive Airlift (OSA/EA) division with transportation to high-level government employees and DoD officials.
