The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS) will require the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment for water treatment service for the condensation and chill water systems at the Ambulatory Care Clinic (Building #30) and E-Wing (Building #T-1), located at the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System, Honolulu, Hawaii location. The Period of Performance will be for a Base Year and Four (4) One-Year Options. The anticipated start date will be on April 1, 2024. The Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. To be eligible for award the Small Business must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code 325199. Potential offerors are further advised that failure to register in the SAM database (https://sam.gov) will render your firm ineligible for award.
