    This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The Government intends to publish a solicitation on or about Wednesday, January 28, 2026. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires provide the labor to test and diagnose malfunctions of all Fire Alarm Systems for the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NAICS) Fort Wayn and Marion Campuses. The solicitation will require that the Contractor furnish a quote that provides all the information requested in the solicitation. The applicable NAICS Code is 561621 Alarm system monitoring services with a size standard of $25 Million. The award is being procured through FAR Parts 12. The award will be based on a the quoter who provides the overall best value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. The closing date for receipt of offers will be Friday, February 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM EDT. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issuance through the Sam.gov website. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to verify the number of amendments issued. Questions are due by Monday, February 2, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST and must be submitted via email to Janel.Tate-Montgomery@va.gov. Phone calls shall not be accepted. There will not be a site visit. All offerors must ensure registration is active, current, and accurate in SAM to include NAICS code 561621. This solicitation will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business.
