    Description

RFQ 36C25625Q0356 Question and Answer Reponses The purpose of this amendment #2 is to: This amendment will extend the due date of all submitted packages and quotes to 2/17/2025 at 3:30pm CST. To reply to all questions and responses as specified below. Vendor 1 While reviewing the solicitation documents and preparing to submit our response, I would like to kindly request a clarification regarding the statement Includes $10,000 for emergency repairs. Should our entered offered pricing include $10,000 + the cost for annual inspection and certification on med gas system and outlet checks.  Also perform annual preventative maintenance on medical gas equipment ? Or just the prices for the inspection, certification and annual PM alone. Government Response: The $10,000 for emergency repairs should not be included in your quote, this is an emergency repair fund, that will not exceed $10,000 of the total contract award. Per the commentary at the top of page 10, within the statement of work, this is not an automatic service and the funds will be obligated based upon a formal contract modification should it be approved.
