The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Groton Contracting Department, Groton, CT 06349-5000, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Technical Fit Subject Services for Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility (NCTRF).
