The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The applicable NAICS code is 812112, and the small business size standard is $9.5M. This requirement is unrestricted and will therefore be competed in accordance with the procedures that promote for full and open competition.
