HANDYSCAN EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING

This is a Sources Sought announcement in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, and is in anticipation of a potential future procurement program. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research to determine industry capability and interest to provide the following:

Vendor shall provide a Creaform Handyscan Black+|Elite with Accu+ Kit, Solidworks Premium license, Creaform 8 meter USB 3.0 cable, two sets of positioning targets (x2000 ea), Creaform 360 magnetic target kit, Creaform automatic clipping plane package, Creaform 3D scanning manual turntable, Creaform 3D scanner external battery, Creaform portable workstation, Geomagic Design X standalone license, Geomagic Control X Pro standalone license, Geomagic USB dongle, backpack for controller, backpack for scanner, and training for up to 5 personnel.

The desired Required Delivery Date (RDD) for this procurement is 05 September 2025. Interested Contractors are requested to provide lead times if the information is available.

SWRMC is seeking vendors with the capability to provide the above mentioned material/services under applicable NAICS 334519 (Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing), PSC C1ED. Interested companies should submit a letter of interest including the company’s name, SAM Unique Entity ID number, business size, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of the company point of contact, along with a brief description of your company and its capabilities as they relate to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW) to include any lead times, if the information is available.  

The information submitted will be used for acquisition planning purposes. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comments or questions. No basis for a claim against the government shall arise as a result of this announcement. Responses to this announcement are voluntary and are of no cost to the Government.
