HANGAR MOVE

This is a Pre-Solicitation for a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside for a Hangar Move

FLC Puget Sound will be soliciting for a, Relocation of All Material and Equipment from One Hangar to another Hangar within the same base, in accordance with solicitation specifications in support of NAS Whidbey Island. This acquisition will be solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside Competition IAW FAR 13.104.  Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or submitting quotations prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. 

It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the www.sam.gov website on or about 09/03/2025 with a closing date on or about 09/08/2025. A Firm-Fixed Price, Service type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the sam.gov website: www.sam.gov Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offerors to access the posted documents. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or faxed. Emailed completed solicitations are acceptable.
