HARDWOOD RANGE WISS V5 TOWER

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division requires construction of two (2) 80-foot towers at the Necedah, Wisconsin Hardwood Range. The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed-Price. 

This is an all-or-none requirement and partial proposals will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single contract to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in Section L and Section M of the Solicitation. 

Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Proposals are due no later than the response date in the posting. 

Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Detailed information can be found in the attached SF 1442 under Section L, FAR 52.236-27.
