Contractor shall provide general labor, equipment, and facilities to haul out US Coast Guard 45 ft Response Boat (45682) with a travel lift and 2 straps, complete a hydro wash of the hull, and provide 7 lay days of stable blocking or cradle, while US Coast Guard personnel refinish bottom paint and complete jet drive maintenance.

Drydocking Requirements
Haul out vessel with a travel lift and 2 straps.
Conduct thorough hydro wash of the vessels hull and external jet drive components.
Securely block or cradle the vessel. (Ample working space on all sides of the vessel shall be provided.)
Provide US Coast guard personnel with access to electrical outlets allowing the use of corded power tools.
Provide 7 lay days while US Coast Guard personnel sand hull with powered dustless sanders, prime hull with Sea Voyage primer, paint hull with Sea Voyage antifouling paint, and complete jet drive maintenance. (Storage facility must be equipped with a locking gate and US Coast Guard personnel shall have after-hours access to 45682.)
Lower vessel into water with a travel lift and 2 straps while US Coast Guard personnel ensure watertight integrity and test all machinery.
Launch vessel.
