HAYSTACK GOLD SUBSCRIPTION WITH THE ADD-ON UK NATO ADD-ON SUITE

Defense Logistics Agency- Disposition (DLA-D) Services intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13 to Allium US Holding LLC (Cage: 9HX75). The proposed action is for annual software subscription for 28 users / multi-site access for HAYSTACK GOLD with the add-on UK NATO Add-On suite. The software subscription provides online research and logistics management systems that are used for comprehensive information on over 100-million-part references contained in Federal Supply Catalog and related databases. The subscription provides capability to query multiple sources to identify controlled/ sensitive part information. DLA-D services personnel require the ability to gather historical information no longer maintained by DLA, and identify related items of supply, as well as analyze (drill down capability) part assemblies to locate controlled components, view procurement history, and research manufacturers to endure DoD property is properly identified and controlled prior to release to the public.

Market research supports this is a sole source requirement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-(1)(b)(1). This proposed purchase order will be a Sole Source acquisition under NAICS code 519290 with a size standard of 1,000 employees
