HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SUPPLY OPERATIONS (HMSO) REQUIREMENT AT FT. BLISS, TX

This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) participants.  Competition is restricted to firms certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for participation in the 8(a) Business Development Program.

Offerors must be active SBA 8(a) participants at the time of quote submission and at the time of award under NAICS 562112 – Hazardous Waste Collection with a size standard of $47M.

Eligibility Restriction:  
Eligibility to participate in this requirement is restricted to 8(a) participants in both the developmental and transitional stages of the SBA 8(a) Program.

Verification Requirement:
The Government will verify 8(a) eligibility in the SBA Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) and SBA certification portal prior to award.

SBA District Office:  
This requirement is offered to and accepted by the SBA El Paso District Office for the 8(a) Program.

Solicitation Availability Notice:  
Interested 8(a) participants are strongly encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation as soon as possible, as the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement into the 8(a) Program.
