    Description

    The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition and Relocation Management (FA) intends to establish a Purchase Order (PO) on a sole source bases with ReWorld Solutions, LLC. at 445 SOUTH ST. MORRISTOWN, NJ 07960 for Incineration services. ReWorld Solutions, LLC is the only company that can provide services for this incineration event as it is being supported by DoD with a specific date window and air base location in Ohio. There are no other vendors in the area that can provide both transportation and incineration services within the geographic area. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a) (6), In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source is posted with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. As this is not a request for competitive quotes, the government encourages all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements to submit in written response describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above to Robert Radke at robert.j.radke@dea by Thursday May 29, 2025 2:00 pm EST, and reference number D-25-SS-0027. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
