The Offeror is responsible for notifying the Government of any changes in point of contact (POC) during the acquisition process and the life of the Contract. Electronic submissions with files larger than 20MB will need to be submitted in separate emails. All emails, regardless of the size, need to be received by the Government server, by the stated date and time. It is the offeror's responsibility to ensure the Government receives the entire proposal.
