HEALTH INSURANCE SERVICES FOR U.S. MISSION IN FRANCE

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will release a solicitation for the Health Insurance Services, including medical, maternity, disability and death benefits for locally employed staffs, former employees, retirees of the Government of the United States of America in France and their eligible dependents. The coverages shall be supplemental for those affiliated to the French Social Security. 

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type contract under which will be issued firm fixed price task orders.  The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four one-year option periods.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
