    Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Contracting Division – West (HCD-W) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following:

    To procure a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP), non-personal services contract. The Contractor shall furnish all management, labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies and materials, to provide complete medical housekeeping services for medical, dental, veterinary and other patient care facilities as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This program provides for the aseptic cleaning, protection, and beautification of all rooms and areas identified for coverage at a particular installation to maintain a level of asepsis commensurate with the use of the facility, rooms, and areas. This program also has provisions for management of linen service and all categories of Infectious Medical Waste (IMW) as described in the PWS at buildings: B90, B428, B626, B731, B734, B850, B853, B910, B920, and 3154 Kadena AB Okinawa, Japan.  The contractor shall perform to the standards in the PWS.
