These Honeywell brand name components are for the procurement of a Heat Treat System with Integral Quench Furnace (IQF) in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 25-40-1013.
The contractor shall provide Heat Treat System with Integral Quench Furnace (IQF) with Honeywell brand name components: Minitrend Graphic Recorder with additional SD card reader, HC900 Control Edge Process & Safety Controller, UDC-2800 Temperature Controller, and one (1) additional license for Honeywell Trend Manager Pro software. This procurement also includes the following turnkey services: training, technical data (i.e. manuals, drawings), IUID tag, shipping, Rigging, and installation. Place Of Performance Fleet Readiness Center Southwest, San Diego, CA.
FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination.
This is notice of the Government’s intent to issue a firm-fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 19.502-2, Total small business set-asides and incorporates provision and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular CFR 12.603. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Request for Quote SPE4A8-26-Q-0001 is anticipated to be issued on/around September 15, 2025 and close October 15, 2025.
Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract.
This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures.
