HEAVY DUTY REFUELING NOZZLES SINGLE-SOURCE AWARD

The 97th Contracting Squadron at Altus, OK 73523 requires a Cla-Val Model 341GF-D3 Nozzle 

The 97th Contracting Squadron intends to make award to Griswold Ind, dba CLA-VAL Co. (CAGE: 86184), due to only one source being capable of providing a Cla-Val Model 341GF-D3 Nozzle 

The proposed contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.

Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to meet the requirement. Requests for documentation, additional information, or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response.

A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a single source procurement.

Capability statements are due on 4 June 2024 by 01:00 PM CST. Capability statements shall be submitted by email ONLY as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF attachment to Sophia.vera.1@us.af.mil and mohamed.dharas@us.af.mil. Capability statements and supporting documentation provided after the due date listed above will not be reviewed.
