Requirement Overview: Vendor shall provide aviation liability insurance coverage for the specified helicopters. Coverage will apply within Panama, North, Central, and South America, including the Caribbean region (excluding Cuba). Insurance must comply with the terms outlined in Attachment 1 Statement of Work (SOW). Submission Requirements: Offerors must submit a completed FAR 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items form. with their offer, even if already registered in SAM.gov A completed and signed item table or a detailed, signed offer must accompany the submission. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer, as required by FAR 4.1102.
