During construction, the Government will make every effort to provide the Contractor with sites in close proximity to each other to facilitate ease of construction and to keep mobilization efforts to a minimum. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, supervision, services, and materials to execute and satisfy the requirements of this Contract.
