The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is looking for a reliable and professional contractor/company which can perform annual preventive maintenance services for two Fulton VTG-200DF water heaters located in the Consulate compound.
The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, supervision and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials required to perform this project in accordance with the statement of work. The contract will be for a one-year period with (4) four one-year options.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102 policy.
