HOIST CRANE REPLACEMENT FOR SHENANGO RIVER LAKE

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

The Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all supplies, materials, equipment and labor as necessary to complete the work as specified herein. The work consists of replacing the bulkhead hoist crane on site. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing hoist crane. Figure 1 herein includes site plan aerial imagery. Shenango River Lake is located in Mercer County, PA. The work is located near the Shenango River Lake Project Office, 2442 Kelly Rd, Hermitage, PA 16148. The site of the work may be reached from state and local roads and streets.

Shenenago River Lake Site Visit
The USACE Pittsburgh District will be hosting a site visit for potential vendors to see the current hoist
crane being used on Wednesday, 20 August 2025 at 10:00 AM.

All interested parties should see Attachment 2 - LRP Security Information CUI. Please fill out the
required information on the form for each individual who will be visiting the site and email it directly to
walter.p.geiger@usace.army.mil, and CC ivan.r.russell@usace.army.mil. We ask all interested parties to
have this form sent via email no later than Monday, 18 August 2025 at 12:00 PM so we have enough
time to run background checks.
