The NWS will not have to use the General Service Administration (GSA) as a third party lease designator saving the NWS significant savings in upgrades to the current WFO and well as GSA fees. This Acquisition and the associated Requirement will be to hire an Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firm to design/build/remodel the IRC in order to convert the empty space into a location that the WFO Operations area can utilize.
