The Contractor shall be listed in FEMA’s List of Approved Hotels and Motels for Federal Travelers (or equivalent rating subject to Contracting Officers approval) located within 6 driving miles of the Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215.
