HOST NATION CULTURAL ADVISOR & SITE MANAGER

The 1 Expeditionary Theater Support Group (1 ETSG) is seeking qualified vendors for a Host Nation Cultural Advisor & Site Manager in Israel. 

NOTE: IAW FAR 52.232-18, Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and awritten solicitation will not be issued.
2. Solicitation FA491326Q0002 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, effective 10/01/2025.
4. This requirement is solicited as unrestricted. The North American Industry ClassificationSystem (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 541930 – Translation and Interpretation Services, with a size standard of $22.5M.
5. The Pricing Schedule is incorporated as Attachment 1. Vendors shall complete Attachment 1 in its entirety and return with any other documentation/data as required by this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
6. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Host Nation Cultural Advisor & Site Manager services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
7. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Contractor shall include delivery schedule information on the Attachment 1, Pricing Schedule.
