    Description

    This requirement is for three fully autonomous hot food kiosks that will ensure seamless, 24/7 unattended food service in a secure and highly regulated environment, directly supporting personnel at Robins AFB. The autonomous hot food kiosks need to be designed to provide 24/7 unattended access to high-quality meals. Each kiosk needs to feature at least a 55-inch interactive touchscreen, and operate on a 220V power supply. Kiosks will accept various payment methods including mobile wallets and institutional cards. They shall require no plumbing or exhaust systems for easy installation. The internal setup at a minimum will include refrigeration for 60–100 items, an internal combination infrared, convection, and microwave oven capable of reaching 450°F, and fully automated selection and delivery. They need to be equipped with 5G, Wi-Fi, wired connectivity, kiosks need to use cloud based inventory management that can provide real-time data on sales, inventory, and machine performance that is available remotely. Kiosks must integrate with existing food suppliers, and comply with UL, CSA, and NAMA safety and vending standards.
