The Health Readiness Contracting Office (HRCO), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed price, sole source, Lease contract for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Ft Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement is for non-personal services which includes Contractor shall provide for a 5-year period THD America HRstation to include▪ THD ProctoSoftware ▪ Integrated Workstation ▪ 4k Monitor ▪ 4k Camcorder w. foot switch ▪ Smoke Evacuator ▪ Rolling Cart with Insulation Transformer on a 5-year Lease to be utilized at Womack Army Medical Center. A draft Statement of Work is attached for review.

The proposed contract period of performance will be an order period from 1 August 2025 – 31 July 2030.

The Solicitation number is W81K04-25-Q-A008.

This is not a request for quote, and no telephonic request will be honored. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov website in the near future.

The requirement will be using NAICS Code 532490. Product Safety Code W065.  All offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM can be accessed via the internet at www.sam.gov/. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to awarding a contract.
