    ATTACHED: Feeding Schedule, NYARNG 21 Day Menu, SOW Meal Drop off, and RFQ.

    The NYARNG intends to award to a small business with an active registration in SAM.gov, able to receive federal contracts, and who offers the lowest price for meals required in accordance with the attached NYARNG 21 Day Menus contract and SOW. The awardee will submit all Invoices in WAWF. All meals must meet the food standards of the SOW and the government reserves the right to inspect before award and at any time of the contract duration. Basis of award is the lowest price that conforms to the requirement of the SOW. Please send pricing per meal as well as the total dollar amounts via email to cody.m.anna.civ@army.mil and meghan.a.sheridan.civ@army.mil No later than 11MAY2026 At 8:00am EST.
