Electrical Lighting: Installation of new interior lighting fixtures and associated electrical works connected to the existing electrical distribution panel. D. Electrical Power: Installation of new interior electrical power outlets, circuits, and associated works connected to the existing electrical distribution panel. E. Fire Protection: Installation, modification, or extension of the fire protection system, connecting new components to the existing system to ensure full coverage and compliance. Construction is estimated to begin in September 2026 (can be adjusted between Embassy Contractor) and is expected to take approximately 50 working days. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
