The primary objective of this requirement is to identify software and service capabilities to track, assess, and manage over 5,000 active students and cadre across 110+ training courses. The Government is open to all commercial, custom, and hybrid solutions. However, responding vendors must clearly state in their submission whether their proposed solution utilizes a proprietary software license model or an open-schema architecture to support future Government data portability.

    • Software Sustainment & Maintenance: Continuous operation and software support for the core human performance tracking platform.

    • Data Architecture & Portability: Implementation of a data model capable of exporting records and aligning with DoW Data Decrees to ensure ease of future data migration.

    • System Integration: Development and maintenance of secure API interfaces with external enterprise platforms (to include Army Vantage, Maven, and IPPS-A).

    • On-Site Technical Support: On-site Field Support Representative (FSR) capability physically embedded within the operational training footprint (1SWTG S3) to perform direct, database maintenance and resolve system latency.

    • Training Services: Delivery of standardized user, administrator, and operational training packages.

    Anticipated Acquisition Parameters:

    • NAICS Code: 541511 – Custom Computer Programming Services (Size Standard: $34.0M)
