AMENDMENT 001:

Submission date extension: 11 Sept 2025, 1500 CST

Clarification:

- Government is providing all food and drinks, equipment, tablewear, linens, etc.

- The Government intends to award multiple BPAs.

- Each event will be put out for quote amoungst BPA holders. 

- Government provided food can be prepared in the KTRs facility or at the Government facility.

- Quote submission format is up to KTR; the Government should be able to determine the prices for services requested and KTRs qualifications to perform the requested scope of work for events on Hurlburt Field.

This is a quick-turn, NAF effort.

The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron intends to establish a single or multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) against which to place calls for Event Catering Services on Hurlburt Field, FL, 32544. The contractor shall be capable of providing all services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

Offerors shall review the attachments and submit a price list and other information as specified in Attachment 3, which outlines the requirements for the Hurlburt Field Catering Services per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). At a minimum, the price list must include pricing for services for all items listed in the SOW. If the offeror anticipates that additional, individually priced items or services not listed in the SOW may be required under subsequent BPA calls, they should include those items/services and their associated pricing on a separate page within their submission.
