Dickson Fastener Program Manual, Dated 2021. 0002 DATA REQUIREMENTS Data Requirements for ITEM 0001: Data Item A00I (Material Certification) *** All manufacturing and data requirements shall be in full accordance with all of the specifications and Data requirements for BOA Item 7005CN listed in the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard C.R. Gilbert / E. F. Dickson Fastener Program manual (AKA the BOA Book).
