The purpose of this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) is to provide highway, road, and bridge construction in the states of Idaho and Montana. Projects will primarily involve improvements to low-volume and low-speed roadways ranging from 3R (resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation) to full reconstruction.
