This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation: This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The procuring agency intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement, delivery, and installation of a complete, turnkey Audio-Visual (AV) system. Contract Type: This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) procurement. CLIN Structure: CLIN 0001: INIC Turnkey Audio-Visual System. Quoters shall provide a firm-fixed-price for all hardware, materials, and incidental services required to deliver and install a complete and functional AV system in accordance with the Purchase Description below. Requirement: A detailed description of the required supplies and incidental services is provided in the "Schedule of Supplies/Services" section below. All items must be new, fully compatible, and integrate into a single functional system. Key compliance requirements include the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and JITC certification for specified components. Award Basis: The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the respon5610sible vendor, whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, is determined to be the most advantageous to the Government, with consideration given to technical acceptability and price. Submission Requirements: Quotes must include the following information to be considered for award: Company Name, Street Address, City, State, and Zip CAGE Code and Unique Entity ID (UEI) Technical specifications for all proposed equipment, demonstrating compliance with the salient characteristics listed below. Quotes shall be submitted via email to brian.williams132.civ@army.mil Schedule of Supplies/Services: Qty Item Minimum Salient Characteristics 1 - Direct View LED Video Wall - Approx. Dimensions: 5.5’ (H) x 20’ (W); Pixel Pitch: 1.25mm or finer; Aspect Ratio: 32:9. 1 - Video Wall Controller - Capable of processing signals for a ~4800x1340 resolution wall and managing multiple windowing layouts. 1 - AV Matrix Switcher - 4K capable; configurable for a minimum of 8 inputs and multiple outputs. 1 - Dual-Lens PTZ Camera - Pan-Tilt-Zoom camera providing both audience and presenter views in a single housing. 2 - Confidence Monitors - 55-inch 4K TAA-compliant displays. 2 - Status Monitors - 55-inch displays for classification level indicators. 4 - Articulating Wall Mounts - Sized to support 55-inch displays. 1 - Audio System (Kit) - Must include: (1) DSP/Amplifier, (4) flush-mount ceiling microphones, and (8) flush-mount ceiling speakers. Must be TAA compliant. 1 - Control System Hardware (Kit) - Must be JITC-certified. Includes: (2) 10" wall-mount touch panels, (2) 7" scheduling panels, (1) 10" tabletop touch panel. Microphones, WiFi, and Bluetooth must be physically removed or permanently disabled. 1 - Equipment Rack - 44RU with caster base, locking front door, and integrated fan top for cooling. 1 - Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) - 1500VA, rack-mountable. 1 - Power Distribution Unit (PDU) - Rack-mountable. Lot - Cabling & Connectors - All necessary plenum-rated signal cabling (CAT6 or better), power cords, and connectors for a complete installation. Lot - Incidental Services - Includes decommissioning of existing equipment, delivery, installation, system programming, testing, commissioning, and one 1-hour training session. Period of performance shall not exceed 90 days from award. Site Visit Information A site visit is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM EDT at BLDG.7 on Stout Field. A site visit is highly encouraged. Offerors are urged to inspect the site where the requirement is to be performed. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award (in accordance with FAR 52.237-1, Site Visit). The site visit is for In formational purposes only and does not alter the solicitation. No oral statements made at the site visit are binding. Any questions asked must be submitted in writing and the official answers will be published to SAM.gov via an amendment so all interested parties see the exact data.
