Participants without base access will require Government escort to attend the site visit and shall submit a request for base access using RFP Attachment 4, Site Visit Request List, no later than 18 March 2025 at 1430 (JST) via email to Ms. Emiko Uyama, Contract Specialist, at emiko.uyama2.ln@us.navy.mil and Ms Teresa Aguon, Contracting Officer, at teresa.f.aguon.civ@us.navy.mil. Failure to request for base access will result in delays or disapproval to access the site location.
