    Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) located in Crane, Indiana plans to hold an Industry Day event for the Radar Restoration Program AN/SPY-6(V).  The Industry Day is planned to be held on 18 November 2025 at West Gate Academy in Crane, Indiana, from 12:00PM ET to 4:00PM ET. This event will be an opportunity for industry to learn more about upcoming NSWC Crane SPY-6(V) Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) Transmit-Receive Integrated Microwave Modules (T/RIMM) and Power Supply 28V requirements.

    This Industry Day Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and all the information provided is subject to change. It does not constitute a solicitation (Request for Proposal or Request for Quotations) or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This Industry Day Notice does not commit the Government to a contract for any supply or service. Furthermore, the Government is not, currently, seeking proposals. Responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. The United States Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be reimbursed. Nothing in this announcement constitutes an obligation on the part of the United States Government, nor is the Government tasking any Offeror to develop any technologies described herein.

    REQUIREMENT INFORMATION: 

    A DRAFT Solicitation will be posted approximately two (2) weeks prior to the Industry Day, to illustrate the Government requirements for the procurement of spares and repairs associated to the following LRUs: T/RIMM and Module Power Supply 28V, that are present in the AN/SPY-6(V) Family of Radars.    Interested parties are encouraged, to submit questions on the DRAFT Solicitation prior to the Industry Day in writing to the Contract Specialist, Shannon Reinhart, at shannonl.l.reinhart.civ@us.navy.mil. 

    Upon formal Solicitation release Offerors will be required to meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions and representations and certifications.  Failure to comply with all the solicitation requirements may result in the removal of the Offeror from consideration for award.  The Government may award up to two (2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts resulting from the solicitation to the responsible Offeror(s) whose proposal(s) represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the factors and subfactors.  The necessity for more than one (1) contract award will be determined based on the overall best value to the Government in accordance with the evaluation criteria to ensure the Government’s ability to maintain the industrial base. 

    QUESTIONS:

    Questions submitted prior to Industry Day may be answered/addressed during the event.

    Questions will be collected during Industry Day and either addressed to individual companies and/or generalized and included with a Solicitation Amendment if deemed necessary information for all interested parties.
