INDUSTRY DAY FOR DIVING SERVICES

The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Supervisor of Salvage and Diving (SUPSALV) will host an Industry Day Conference in support of the Diving & Diving Related Services follow-on contract on September 18, 2024 from 10:00am – 12:00pm EDT at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Virginia Beach located at 1900 Pavilion Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23451. The industry day is coinciding with the Fleet Maintenance & Modernization Symposium 2024 – East Coast. The symposium is taking place 09/17/2024 – 09/19/2024 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach, VA. The symposium is a separate event and is not affiliated with NAVSEA.

If you plan to attend this industry day, please RSVP by emailing both POC's NLT 2:00pm EDT September 13, 2024.  RSVPs received after September 13, 2024 will not be accepted and attendance will be denied. There is no registration fee for attending this Industry Day. Attendance is limited to no more than three individuals per organization, and it is encouraged to include at least one Chief Engineer or Technical Lead. All attendees will be required to present a Government issued photo identification. This Industry Day will be UNCLASSIFIED. However, please note that only offerors who possess a SECRET level security will be considered for award resulting from any solicitation resulting from this industry day.

Any party interested in a one-on-one session with the Government team to discuss industry questions, comments and concerns will have the opportunity to reserve a time slot with the Government team on the morning of the Industry Day. The one-on-one sessions will take place in-person in the afternoon following the Industry Day presentation.

Sections C, L, and M of the previous Diving and Diving Related Services contract N00024-18-R-4334 are attached to this posting in order to provide interested parties an idea of the expected scope and requirements of the upcoming effort.

The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this Industry Day Conference.  This notice shall not be construed as a promise to contract or commitment of any kind.  The Government will not award a contract resulting from this conference. The Government is not committed to respond to any questions.
