ALL inquiries and questions related to this virtual industry day are to be submitted via Bidder’s Inquiry in ProjNet at https://www.projnet.org.  Bidder’s Inquiry will remain open for 48 hours after the conclusion of the industry day. • Project Name: Keystone Dam Safety Modification
    • Bidder Inquiry Key: BSJ283-V4TX9Z

The Government is also interested in speaking with prime construction contractors and subcontractors. The included Industry Day questionnaire will assist in the planning, design, and acquisition for the project. The questions are intended to gain insight on how industry may approach the construction of various features of work and get feedback on the use of Early Contractor Involvement as a potential contracting mechanism.

The Government will host virtual one-on-one meetings via Microsoft Teams, beginning 15 December 2025 and continue into January 2026 based on participants availability (responses to the questionnaire are valuable to the Government if you choose not to participate in one-on-one meetings, information provided in the responses and one-on-one meeting will be confidential and not be shared outside of USACE). By no later than 12 December 2025 at 4:00 PM Central, interested firms shall submit an email with the following information: their interest in the project, a description of any recent and relevant experience they have performed and provide responses to the questionnaire. If selected for a one-on-one meeting, firms shall be prepared to discuss the questionnaire during their one-one-one sessions with the Government. These meetings are intended to allow interested firms to provide feedback that may be proprietary or otherwise inappropriate for ProjNet publication and will not be a question-and-answer format. The Government intends to optimize the time in one-on-one sessions and will encourage open dialogue in addition to the feedback on the questionnaire. Please submit responses to Lindsey Harmon at Lindsey.M.Harmon@usace.army.mil and Brian Hutchison at Brian.C.Hutchison@usace.army.mil.
