    Vendors will require base access to attend. An Entry Authorization List (EAL) will be used. To be included on the EAL, vendors will be required to submit the following information for each attendee on 'Attachment 1 - EAL for Attendees':

    • DOB (YYYYMMDD)

    • Citizenship

    • Country of Birth

    • ID Number

    Once completed, please turn the completed document into a PDF.  EALs DUE BY 1100hrs (JST) 04 MAY 2026.
