INDUSTRY DAY - HUMAN RESOURCE SOLUTIONS, GEN VI INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACTS

To facilitate meaningful industry feedback during industry day, the Government is providing DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for industry review. Each mission area (PLS and RMAS) under the Gen VI vehicles will be solicited under separate and distinct solicitation numbers. At this time, a DRAFT of the PLS Solicitation is being provided for industry review. The Government anticipates release of the RMAS solicitation on 05 June 2026. Should potential Offerors wish to submit questions for the Government to review and address during the Industry Day regarding the PLS and RMAS solicitations, please submit all questions no later than Thursday, 0900 EDT, on 11 June 2026 to the Contracting Officers and contract specialists listed below.

THIS IS A DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR INDUSTRY FEEDBACK ONLY AS PART OF CONTINUING MARKET RESEARCH. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A GUARANTEED FUTURE COMMITMENT ON BEHALF OF THE GOVERNMENT. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING SOLICITED OR REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SUBMITTING QUESTIONS, OR ATTENDANCE AT THE GOVERNMENT'S INDUSTRY DAY WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BY THE GOVERNMENT.

The Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Human Resource (HR) Solutions Program Office, is hosting an Industry Day for the Sixth Generation (GEN VI) Personnel Lifecycle Support (PLS) and Recruiting Management Administrative Support (RMAS) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract Suites.

Interested contractors may attend in-person or virtually. The Government anticipates release of a DRAFT Request for Proposal via SAM.gov prior to the industry day. Please continue to monitor SAM.gov for additional updates.
