Requisition Number: RFISS - 155 INFRASTRUCTURE SAFETY SUPPORT SERVICES

Synopsis:

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market reasearch to identify parties having the resources and interest in infrastructure and security support in accordance with the statement of work.  This work includes safety compliance; environmental compliance; facilities management and maintenance; and security operations and monitoring support.  

This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.  

Please complete the attached "Questionnaire for Industry" word document questionnaire attached and return via email to michelle.a.farrales.civ@us.navy.mil no later than the response date and time identified on the notice.  

DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CLASSIFED, CONTROLLED CLASSIFIED, OR ARMS EXPORT CONTROLLED DOCUMENTS OR INFORMATION IN YOUR RESPONSE.

CONTRACTORS ARE REQUIRED TO ADHERE TO OPERATIONS SECURITY (OPSEC) REQUIREMENTS.

The Government may not respond to any specific questions or comments submitted in response to this sources sought notice or information provided as a result of this sources sought notice.  Any information submitted by respondents as a result of this sources soutght notice is stricktly voluntary.  This sources sought notice is for information planning purposes, the Government will not pay or otherwise reimburse respondents for information submitted, and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.  

All documentation shall become the property of the Government.  The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept proposals as a result of this sources sought notice.  All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response is not a request to be considered for a contract award.  If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced later via the Government-wide point of entry and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separeately from the response to this sources sought notice.  Response to this notice is not a request to be added to a bidders list or to receive a copy of a solicitation.
