INL/EL SALVADOR: ILEA RESIDENCE HALL

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), seeks to identify qualified sources capable of providing comprehensive residential hall management services for the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Scope: The requirement includes 24/7 administration and management of a two-floor, 56-bedroom residence hall facility with suites, gymnasium, pool deck, and support areas. Services include front desk operations, housekeeping, laundry services, facility maintenance coordination, and provision of amenities meeting three-star hotel standards.

Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price, one base year/period plus four option years.

Place of Performance: ILEA Students Residence Hall, Boulevard Cancilleria and Calle El Pedregal, Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador.

Key Requirements:

• Daily housekeeping and cleaning services
• 24-hour front desk operations
• Industrial laundry facility management
• Provision of toiletries and amenities
• Maintenance reporting and coordination
• Guest satisfaction surveys (minimum 90% satisfaction required)
• Key personnel: Residence Hall Manager and Front Desk Agents with hospitality experience and English/Spanish proficiency

Eligibility: Respondents must have a current CAGE Code, UEI, active SAM registration, and verification of non-exclusion from the Excluded Parties List.
