INPATIENT/OUTPATIENT HOSPITALIST PHYSICIANS

The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service hereby submits a notice of intent to award a 1-year sole source, Firm Fixed-Price Non-Personal Service purchase order with Regency Consulting Inc. Providing comprehensive healthcare services to vulnerable populations of Native Americans in a rural and remote locations. Service is needed for inpatient/outpatient hospitalist physicians. Vendors must meet hospital mission providing health care to the highest level. This acquisition is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), Only Regency Consulting, Inc, can provide the service and services required at the level or quality required due to services being unique or highly specialized. The period of performance will be from 9/1/2025-8/31/2026.

The Proposed Contractor: Regency Consulting Inc is the sole vendor to the Indian Health Service Hospital providing qualified inpatient/outpatient physicians hospitalist to meet patient needs required in the performance work statement used by the Standing Rock Inpatient/Outpatient Department.

The total estimated value is $1,597,920.00. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that sole source would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of our agency standardization. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
