The essential mission of InTO is to detect, deter, and mitigate risks originating from within the organization. The services being required are to address InTO’s need for support services to monitor for possible threats, including mid-level analyst support, senior analyst support, and program management support. There are eleven (11) mid-level analyst positions, with an additional eight (8) surge positions, five (5) senior analyst positions, and one program management position that will also serve as a senior analyst.
