INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE FOR INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEMS (IDS) AND CLOSED- CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) AT U.S. ARMY GARRISON JAPAN INSTALLATIONS

The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Inspection, Maintenance and Repair service for Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and closed- circuit television (CCTV) at U.S. Army Garrison Japan.

The government intends to award a BPA from a responsible GSA Schedule holder and is synopsizing potential non-schedule items IAW FAR Part 8.402(f).

Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.  The Status of Forces Agreement between the United States and Japan (SOFA)
governs the rights and obligations of the United States armed forces in Japan.

Note 2: Please see attachments for detail information. 

Note 3: Training and certification for unit on operation and maintenance is required.

Note 4: Funds are not presently available for this effort. If solicited, no award will be made under that solicitation until funds are available.
